Credits grant access to digital plumbing service leads and are considered
available for use immediately after purchase.

No refunds are issued for purchased credits, whether used or unused.

Once a lead is purchased and credits are deducted, the service is considered
successfully delivered.

However, USA Plumbing Leads understands that lead quality is critical.
If a purchased lead is determined to be invalid due to reasons such as:

  • Fake or bot-generated submissions
  • Incorrect or unreachable contact information
  • Duplicate submissions

the lead may be reviewed by our team.

If the lead is confirmed to be invalid, the used credits may be manually
reinstated to the customer’s account at our sole discretion.

Credit reinstatement applies only to verified invalid leads.
No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing credits, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
